2013 Trek 820 WSD

Trek's 820 WSD is a fine all-around bike at a sweet price. It features a great-riding steel frame with a relaxed, upright riding position you'll love and a bump-busting suspension fork that smooths the road and trail. Plus, it sports a quick-shifting easy-pedaling 21-speed drivetrain, powerful linear-pull brakes and quality Bontrager components, such as a women's-specific saddle and grippy tires.

    Comments:

Disappointed, mainly with the front forks. This bike is supposed to be a mountain bike but the shock are only rated for city use. The front forks are rated to have 63mm travel, but seem to have less than half of that. It is a nice looking bike, and my daughter likes it. Shame I won't be able to take her mountain bike riding with it.

I haven't been mountain biking for a long time. I wouln't exactly call me a beginner but I am not very experienced. It isn't very expensive and professional. It's better for people that have just started on the the trails. it is perfect.

Great all around bike. Multi-use is what I need and this bike is great. Great guys at [...] where I purchased. I can hit a trail or just pedal the backroads down my driveway. Thanks for making my Trek 820!
